Once the best conceptual solution is identified in the Initial Concept Review detailed final concepts and blueprints are prepared.  These become the defining details for moving forward into permitting, selections and construction.  Given the attention given to design in preparation of these documents the homeowner can have a high level of confidence that they have found the best solution for their vision and that construction will go as smoothly as possible with all possible uncertainties fully addressed.  The next step is to 

finalize selections that will be part of the final scope and fixed price contract for construction.
