We have considerable experience in dealing with a myriad of issues including property setbacks, historical requirements, zoning,  homeowners and condo associations, asbestos and lead remediation, compromised structural conditions, and environmental and site constraints.

If circumstances warrant we can help arrange survey, engineering, environmental or legal services.

We will meet with various governmental or association officials if desired and appropriate. 

Should insurmountable constraints be uncovered we would terminate the desigmn agreement at this point.
