Based on the information and measurements taken at the First Design Meeting we use Chief Architect cad program to prepare as is drawings. These form the basis to get a precise overview of the space and examine possibilities for enhancements. Relying on our understanding of the homeowner’s vision, limitations of existing conditions, we prepare initial concepts capturing ideas for the new space. These are shared with the homeowner in a .pdf thus beginning the back and forth discussions in developing concepts that fully capture the homeowner’s vision as well as being consistent with the target budget and the realities of the existing conditions.
