INITIAL CONCEPT REVIEW
At this point we share the initial concepts in a .pdf file with the homeowner. This enables constructive feedback on proposed enhancements to the space. There is typically back and forth discussion aimed at finding the ideal solution. This critical part of the process is where new ideas can arise and be assessed against other proposed concepts. This process continues until the homeowner is confident that the best possible solution has been found. Once those assurances are met the process enters the Final Design phase.
