OPERATIONS MANAGER

Anthony graduated from Old Dominion University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology. Facing a tough job market, he obtained national and state certifications to become a mortgage loan officer, working in the financial sector from 2009 to 2017. This included roles working for Washington Capitol Financial, Fannie Mae, and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. In 2017, after his spouse finished schooling, they relocated to Texas and he transitioned to criminal justice as a Community Supervision Officer in Harris County.

Following a major life change, he moved back to Virginia. He took interest in going back to the housing industry, but this time through the vision of a builder/remodeler. This led him to the incredible opportunity of working for Kingston Design Remodeling since 2021, and still ongoing as the Operations Manager.

At his current role at Kingston, Anthony oversees project budgets, tracks expenses, and manages financial data to ensure cost optimization. He handles procurement, inventory control, and resource allocation to improve efficiency and to maintain project timelines. Additionally, he addresses quality and safety issues while enforcing regulations. Effective communication and teamwork are also key aspects of his role.

Anthony is an avid fan of the Washington Capitals and international cooking. He enjoys learning, preparing, and experimenting with fermenting various foods.
