The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Coty Awards are the premier awards in the remodeling industry for various categories of remodeling projects. The highly competitive National award which is given out one time per year is selected from the seven regional winners of regional state competitions. Criteria considered by two separate panels of judges included meeting expressed needs of clients, exceptional design, enhancing the space structurally and aesthetically, superior craftsmanship, innovative uses of materials and methods of construction.
Kingston Design Remodeling Named NARI CotY Winner in Two Categories The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Metro DC Chapter. (NARI Metro DC) has named Kingston Design Remodeling, in Fairfax Station, VA a Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Residential Entire House $250,000-$500,000, as-well-as, Residential kitchen $80,001-$100,000 categories of its annual awards competition. Contractors competed in 34 categories to vie for the awards on an annual basis. All projects submitted for independent judging were an improvement or an addition to an existing structure. Judging focused on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.
