2026 PRO Metro DC Award-Winning Design

In a highly competitive field featuring the top remodeling firms across the DC Metro area, Kingston Design Remodeling was honored with the Finalist Award in the category Residential Kitchen $75,000 – $150,000.

2023 First Place for Residential Bath

For the second year in a row, a Kingston residential bath was recognized by PRO Mid Atlantic as the best in its category. This award-winning project was a custom Harry Potter-themed bathroom brought to life at the homeowners’ request, blending whimsical design with high-end craftsmanship. Evaluated by an independent panel of judges, the award highlights our commitment to design innovation, exceptional value, and client satisfaction.

CotY (Contractor of the Year) – Residential

 

(Best Bath in Nation in $50,000 – $75,000 Category)

 

The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Coty Awards are the premier awards in the remodeling industry for various categories of remodeling projects.  The highly competitive National award which is given out one time per year is selected from the seven regional winners of regional state competitions.  Criteria considered by two separate panels of judges included meeting expressed needs of clients, exceptional design, enhancing the space structurally and aesthetically, superior craftsmanship, innovative uses of materials and methods of construction.

 

Kingston Design Remodeling Named 2019 NARI CotY Winner in Two Categories 

NARI Metro DC has named Kingston Design Remodeling a Contractor of the Year (CotY) in the Residential Addition $100,000 to $250,000, as well as Residential Bath up to $25,000. Judging focused on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty, and entry presentation.
